I have been a certified cycle instructor for 14 years. Played lacrosse in high school and in college. I enjoy remaining active, and after suffering a torn ACL I rehabilitated on a stationary bike to build strength and stamina. I haven’t stopped riding yet.
Seeing a tremendous need for a fun, dedicated indoor cycle studio with emphasis on atmosphere, music and instructors, All Out Cycle was born. You will have a spirit lifting, sweat dripping, All Out workout while cycling to the beat of classic rock and the music of today. I will help you reach your fitness goals while you’re having the ride of your life. My class will motivate, inspire, and leave you drenched in sweat with a smile on your face.
Currently, I am a student at Penn State. I am a business major. In my free time, I love to be active or outside. I enjoy working out, dirt biking, surfing, and paddle boarding.
I started indoor cycling at age 15 and haven’t stopped since! While taking a couple months off from competitive swimming to complete driver’s ed, my friend asked me to come to a cycling class and I was hooked. Soon, I got other friends hooked and even got my dad into it (but of course he only wanted to go to Tony’s class). I was going up to six times a week. I just couldn’t get enough! I loved it so much I became Mad Dogg certified to teach in December of this past year. I think a workout should leave you feeling energized and excited, so that is exactly what my classes are designed to do!
I’m Kat and I believe that fitness and nutrition can build confidence and bring happiness to all! As a former college athlete, I struggled to find a fitness routine that I enjoyed after graduation. I joined a friend for a spin class one day and fell in love instantly. The goal for each of my classes will be for riders to leave sweaty and smiling. We will always have fun riding to the beat of all types of music. My hope is that my class will inspire you to be the best version of yourself through hard work and lots of laughs along the way. When I’m not working as a nurse or cycling in the spin studio, you can find me spending time with my husband and our dogs. Can’t wait to see you in my class!
I’m Lindsay and I have a passion for indoor cycling and all things fitness! I take great pride in helping beginners gain confidence and experienced riders reach new levels. My ambition is to provide a positive, challenging and upbeat experience in which every rider is able to set and achieve their personal goals in an energizing and motivating environment.

After finding a passion for indoor cycling she took the leap to get certified and hasn’t looked back. Val strives to create high energy classes that will motivate and challenge all fitness levels, she challenges her riders to constantly push their limits to become the strongest best version of themselves all while having fun. She keeps her classes fresh by mixing all types of music. Hop on a bike and be ready to be hooked. Let go and have fun!
Began my fitness career in 1995 with AFAA primary certification. Obtained my Spinning certification thru Mad Dog in 1996, followed by Stott Pilates certification and a few others.
Love to teach class! The energy thru music and the members in a group setting is very rewarding.
Also work as a full time corporate flight attendant.
Jeph Barry is a long-time member of the fitness community, and has been an endurance athlete for more than 25 years. Having completed cycling events ranging from short criterium races, to staged road races, to all lengths of triathlon. Jeph is a cyclist with the highest respect for the bike. Jeph has finished 4 Ironman Triathlons and in 2013 finished first in a double-iron length triathlon…the bike portion was 220 miles.
Jeph’s cycling classes include high-intensity intervals, endurance riding, speedwork, and strength/power workouts. His high-energy music and personality will have you dancing your way out of the studio after class is over. He’s very excited to bring a new angle to All Out Cycle!
